You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. 9999wim will never contact you to ask for your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately so that your account can be secured.

• Keeping your login credentials private and not sharing them with anyone.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
